To be honest, I don't really know. But I do feel lighter. And basically all of my pants are rather loose now. Surely that must be a good thing, right?
But yeah, I've been keeping to a consistent diet throughout the month of Ramadhan, i.e.: ONLY oats for sahur. And basically ANYTHING GOES during buka... Have a look at some of the stuff I've enjoyed... (jangan jealous, ok?)
